The presentation menu can be activated at any time by tapping on the 'hamburger' icon at the bottom left of screen. This will reveal all of the enabled presentation controls (note that the actual options shown will depend on how your project and touchscreen is configured).
Typical app menu options include:
- Email & Print: open the email and print screen, listing the favourited (starred) items collected during the presentation.
- Rotate Screen: flips the whole screen around, useful when collaboration around a horizontal touch table.
- Capture Screen: Creates a snapshot image of the screen workspace that can be annotated and emailed.
- Clear Session: Resets the presentation session by closing any open documents, removing all mark-ups, and returning back to the introduction screen.
- Reload App: Like clear session but also syncs any new content updates from the CMS.
- Switch App: Return to the IdeaLayer main menu to select another project to launch.
- Exit IdeaLayer: Close the IdeaLayer software and return to the Windows desktop.
